Privacy Policy

RetroLink.io is a community network for RetroLink devices. This policy covers what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a hashed password, used only to sign you in.
• Nodes: the node ID, display name, and assigned phone number for each device or SIP phone you register.
• Logs: standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and debugging.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, ever. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. Your information stays on this server.

Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. SIP credentials are generated per node and stored only to authenticate your device to the network. All traffic to this site is encrypted (TLS).

Your choices

You can remove a node from your account at any time, which deletes its registration and frees its number. To delete your account entirely, contact the operator.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will note the date here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
